Reagent Inventory
Track reagent stock by unit, batch and expiry; define per-test consumption for automatic deduction when results are first saved.
Add Reagent
Enter liquid reagent volumes in mL. The app converts mL to the existing internal µL stock unit for accurate deductions.
Receive Stock / Add Batch
Every delivery gets its own batch number and expiry date. Expired stock is excluded from automatic deduction.
Batch Cost & Expiry Register
Unit cost is calculated from total purchase cost ÷ received quantity. Expiry alerts appear within 30 days.

Test-wise Consumption Recipe
Set the amount used for one test. A saved new result deducts quantity × invoice quantity from non-expired batches (earliest expiry first).

Search by reagent name or department. Usable stock excludes expired batches.

Additional / Outside Test Usage
Record reagent consumption for an additional test that is not linked to a regular invoice. Shortages require explicit confirmation.

Review regular test deductions and additional/outside test usage for a selected date range.

Ultrasound Reports
Enter ultrasound report parameters and print from this dedicated section. Ultrasound reports show only the sonologist's name and signature.

Invoice ledger by invoice date.
Collections use recorded payment entries, not invoice value. Doctor-wise and referrer-wise views are separate breakdowns and must not be added together.
